Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm 150ml
Firstly, you’ll be getting a full size tube of one of my favourite hair saviours, worth £31. Percy & Reed is an A-list celebrity hairdresser brand, and Wonder Balm is worthy of any red carpet. It works a treat on us civilians too. My hair is naturally rather frizz prone but I find it blow-dries a hundred time sleeker if I prep it with a dash of this. Oh and did I mention it smells like a rose-filled garden in heaven too?
Murad Night Fix Enzyme 5ml
If I could only use one skin brand for the rest of my life, Murad would be right up there on my shortlist. Its products are incredible, especially for anti-ageing. (And don’t just ask me, ask all the OK! readers who tested products for our latest Real Beauty Awards. Murad was the only brand that won a whopping three accolades!)
I’m a huge fan of the product in our beauty box, because it has a unique dual benefit. Firstly, it genuinely repairs skin overnight and makes it look so much more radiant and smoothed out. Secondly, it actually increases the chance of getting a full eight hours because it contains a scent shown to relax your mind and prepare you for deep sleep. The absolute dream.
Dr PawPaw Multi-Purpose Soothing Balm in Outrageous Orange 25ml
Here’s another full-size beauty treat to top up your beauty cabinet. The original Dr PawPaw has been one of my staples for years, and now I’m rather obsessed with the new tinted versions.
As well as being fantastic for smoothing out chapped lips, they have just the right amount of pigment to put life back into my pasty complexion. One quick whoosh of this over my lips and cheeks and I lose that ghostly Noel Fielding look. The future’s bright, the future’s orange (lip balm).
Balance Me Vitamin C Repair Serum 7ml
In all my years as a beauty director, I’ve never met a dermatologist who hasn’t extolled the benefits of vitamin C. It’s the superstar of the antioxidant world, and your number-one ingredient for glowy, more even skin and mopping up all the damage from a stress-filled lifestyle.
So we couldn’t kick off our beauty box without including this fab serum with its slow-release form of vitamin C so you get the benefits without the irritation (a problem I find with some vit C products, but not this one). In tests 88% of women said it made their skin smoother, and I’m certainly not going to argue with that majority.
Parfums de Marly Delina and Pegasus Exclusif 1.5ml
Parfums de Marly is an ultra-premium range that’s inspired by something really fascinating – 18th century French royalty! A quick spritz of Delina and I’m not on a crumb-infested sofa, I’m on a chaise longue in Versailles, surrounded in a haze of rose, peony, lychee and cashmere wood.
The box also contains one of the brand’s hero male fragrances, Pegasus Exclusif, which is a divine blend of pink pepper, bitter almond, wood and oud. It’s made for neck nuzzling, basically.
Barry M Crystal Rock Nail Paint
Finally, because we just wanted to add a little extra sparkle to your life, you’ll be getting a full-size glittery nail polish. The exact colour will be a lucky dip but you won’t be disappointed whether you get a red, emerald, blue or pearlised cream to paint on your fingertips.
