3 Month Beauty Box Subscription

Our new beauty boxes launch on the 15th of every month, which is when subscriptions for that edit close and preparations for shipping begin.

Boxes start dispatching from around the 17th of the month. During launch periods it can take a few working days for all orders to be processed, but once your box has been dispatched it should arrive within around 3 working days (Monday–Friday).

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your box leaves our warehouse, so you’ll know it’s on the way.

Most subscribers receive their box within a few days of dispatch, ready to enjoy their new beauty discoveries.

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and we’ll send your first beauty box shortly after.

After that, your subscription renews on the same date each month as the day you signed up.

For example, if you subscribe on the 28th, you’ll be billed again on the 28th of each following month and your next box will then be prepared for dispatch.

If you choose a 3 or 6 month subscription, the next payment will be taken on the same date when that subscription period ends.

For example, if you start a 3-month subscription on the 9th of December, your next charge would be 9th March.

If you’d like to take a short break, you can skip a delivery directly from your account area instead of cancelling your subscription.
