• Never locked in: there’s no minimum commitment required. 
  
• Tap of a button: you do need to pick up your phone, but not to call us! Your subscription can be cancelled in your account. We certainly don’t hide it or make it difficult to find but if you need any help, our friendly customer service team is on standby.
  
• No surprises: Unlike other subscriptions, you’ll know upfront exactly what is in your next box along with an in-depth breakdown of the products so you can make an informed choice about whether you’d like to stay with us…or not! 
  
• Flexibility: You can skip a box if it’s not to your taste or pause your subscription for up to 3 months at a time. You can do this at any time in your account, but we also send you not 1 but 3 emails counting down to your next box as a reminder.
