Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive three separate emails from the courier confirming:
- They have received your order. This email will also contain information on how to track and divert your order.
- The day and time they will deliver it. This email will also contain information on how to track and divert your order.
- You will then get an email confirming the delivery.
Please note that every step of the delivery process you will have the option to divert your parcel if you know you won't be home to receive it.
Wherever possible we will always aim to dispatch and deliver your whole order together. However, in some instances this may not be possible.
As covered in the previous question, you will have two opportunities to divert your parcel if you know you won't be able to receive it at the specified day and time.
